Candidates must have completed a relevant trade qualification but ideally should be educated to HNC/Degree level and have completed or working towards an HNC in Contract Management. They should also have a minimum of 5 years previous contracting experience as a project engineer. The Job Reporting to the Contracts Manager/Area Manager, the Project Manger will manage all technical and commercial aspects of the mechanical and electrical installation. Amongst the many duties required, the successful applicant must:
Review the Estimate / Tender for the project, in conjunction with the project team, to fully determine and understand the conditions, requirements, deliverables, risks and liabilities of the works as defined and awarded by the Client.
