Options Employment (North) Ltd are currently looking for a Site Manager for the Inverness area. The Client My client is is a support services company that provides infrastructure maintenance services for the public sector, the utilities industry and other large organisations. In the Power sector they have nurtured a strong delivery capability for all major Distribution Network Operators (DNO) in the UK and Ireland culminating in long-term strategic framework partnerships. The Job An experienced Site Manager is required, with CDM andHealth & Safety qualifications, for the construction of a high voltage substation in the Inverness area. Experience of Substations is also required. Duties will include: Overall control of all staff on site and site sub-contractors; Responsible for and ensure compliance; Responsible for and to continually review all site based documentation; Ensures that a safe working environment is provided at all times and obtains any necessary documentation; To act as and perform the role of the Principal Contractor's site representative as per the Construction Design & Management Regulations (CDM).
