Major Job Tasks To ensure that all locomotives supplied to the customer are supported whilst in their warranty period and that all faults and failures are resolved to the Customers satisfaction, whilst complying at all times to the company's working practices and health & safety and environmental policies Main Areas of Activity Supporting locomotives in warranty on a daily basis, ensuring products are repaired on time without compromising quality. Providing a link between Engineering and Test Departments with regard to technical queries and test specifications. Assisting with the testing of locomotives, when required. To demonstrate a high degree of initiative when dealing with non-routine tasks, whilst exercising due care and attention with regard to the safety of other personnel. Perform any other duties that, given the level of training, experience and capability, may be reasonably requested by the Test and After Sales Manager.
