Options Employment (North) Ltd are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor based in Edinburgh. The Client My client is the third largest shopfitter in the UK. From the roll out of national programmes, to local fit-out and refurbishment projects. The Job As Quantity Surveyor you will give support to the Fitout Business Unit in Edinburgh and will be responsible for the management of all commercial and contractual issues of each project, keeping contracts within budget. Main duties will include invoicing, re-measurements, pricing and month end accounting. Previous experience in interior fitout contracts is essential. A surveying degree/diploma or equivalent is desirable but not essential. A full UK driving license is required and CSCS card is desirable.
