THE CLIENT Our client is a UK wide, multi-discipline Contractor working on several sites throughout the Central Belt of Scotland. THE JOB We urgently require an experienced estimator who would report direct to the Commercial Manager. The role would include the preparation of budget quotations for design and build projects through to formal tender submissions and negotiating contracts. Typical contract values between £5m and £20m. Knowledge of traditional tendering and the ability to negotiate is essential. The role would possibly overlap with some other commercial activities while liaising with all procurement and surveying personnel.
