An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Manager based in Perth. We are looking to recruit an experienced individual who can contribute towards the continuous improvement of our customer service and build on our value for money approach.
Reporting to the FM Performance Manager you will be responsible for: The day-to-day operation of five sites across Perth with a total of 2500 staff Providing input to process improvement, analysis and long term refurbishment plans Continuous improvement and the provision of excellent customer service Revenue and capital budget management Managing a team of assistants, maintenance staff and contractors
The successful candidate should have the following background A proven track record of delivering a quality facilities management service in a dynamic and diverse environment Experience of statutory compliance in building and facilities, especially health, safety and environmental standards Excellent process and people management skills Flexibility and a proactive approach to continuous improvement High quality customer service focus and commercial awareness A BIFM qualification or similar Desireable: Driving Licence not esssential
