My client is an award-winning contractor providing blue chip clients & national and local government with a range of specialist services. Skills Required: Applicants qualified by experience will also be given full consideration. You will have extensive experience in delivering service-provider property and or building management across a multi-building portfolio. You will identify and quantify the building fabric maintenance exposure through a programme of condition surveys, while developing and driving through robust planned and preventative maintenance strategies, priorities and contract methodologies that will improve and prolong the life of our client's property assets, obtaining best value from the application of innovation and professional best practice. You will be the responsible service officer for ensuring our service contract compliance with building regulations, CDM and other legislative and statutory requirements and be the ‘expert advisor' to our client on a wide range of building maintenance and facilities service related matters including all soft services, projects, moves through the service delivery team and sub contractors. Relationship building, Customer Care, Self-development, Leadership, Decision making techniques, Problem solving, Initiative/lateral thinking, Interpersonal, Planning and Organisational Skills, I.T. skills including Excel, Access and Microsoft Project |
