Due to the relocation of the business into the Livingston area Options Network are currently recruiting for a Labour Manager to join their operational teams. Working within the Construction and Mechanical & Electrical temporary market sectors Options has over 12 years of trading experience in these fields and commands an enviable position within the recruitment sector. The successful candidate will be methodical, pragmatic and analytical with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. The role itself involves liaising with our temporary workforce and clients alike on a daily basis working with the Consultants and Managers as part of a team, to control and meet the needs of existing Clients and provide labour solution to new projects and Clients throughout Scotland. Further aspirations to progress your career within recruitment would be welcomed and supported. Options Network is a fully computerised operation and in-house training on all aspect of the role will be provided to the successful candidate. |
