The key duties of the job will include Running new build and Refurbishment projects ,Control and monitor the material and Sub-contractor procurement ,Attend relevant site meetings , Adhere to health and safety and quality procedures including preparation of assessments and check sheets and provide a comprehensive operations to management support to day to day running of the project. The individual must have a excellent track record in this line of work along with excellent verbal , written computer communication skills.
