The Options Network CSCS Policy Statement
Options Network Limited fully supports the initiative to ensure that the Health & Safety record of the construction industry shows continual improvement with the reduction of fatalities and serious injuries on construction sites.
As an industry, construction is recognised as having inherent risks and all programmes to minimise these risks must be welcomed and supported by those engaged in supplying the industry. The CSCS initiative will ensure that construction sites become safer places to work and that the workforce is better skilled to deal with the Health and Safety issues on site.
As a recruiter of people to the construction industry, Options Network Limited has been involved in propagating the message of CSCS, and the substantial benefits to construction workers of scheme registration.
Options Network is continuing to undertake a range of initiatives to ensure that a growing number of trades-people and operatives supplied to construction sites are Health & Safety tested and are CSCS skills carded. This process has been a long standing policy of Options Network and the imporatnce of the situation keeps this issue as a driving focus of the business.
Options Network Ltd maintains a commitment to keeping clients regularly updated on the numbers of operatives in possession of a CSCS or affiliated cards and, where possible, assists in the registration of workers."
